Tighten & Tone (TNT) expect a mix of weights, bands, rowers, and more—each week brings something new to challenge your muscles and keep you on your toes.
bFIT is focused on flexibility, range of motion, muscle tone and core control. Whether you're new to exercise or are at peak performance, it's easy to work at your own pace in this class.
GENTLE STRECH is the 'feel good' stretch class to improve flexibility in a peaceful environment. Calms the mind, lengthens muscles and feels amazing.
STEP & SCLUPT combines basic step aerobics with light weights to keep you strong. The focus in this class is cardiovascular fitness, light weight training & functional movements.
All express classes are 30 minutes.
BODY BOX is a simple, athletic workout that will tone your entire body and push your fat-burning systems into high gear. Let the music and highly-motivated instructors guide you through this awesome cross-training class. You will step, box and jump your way into feeling great and burning 600-1000 calories in 1 hour!
Aqua Fit Take the plunge and try this low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance. It's fun, and it can be as challenging - all fitness levels are welcome.
Blended Barre is a dynamic blend of all Barre training classes. In just 45 minutes, it will help you achieve a full body workout focusing on hips, glutes, thighs, core and arms. Basic ballet techniques provide low-impact cardio training to keep muscles warm and engaged. Blended Barre© burns calories and creates long, lean muscles. This class is pre-choreographed, so the music and choreography stays fresh and exciting!
BODY BALANCE is stretching and pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Body Flow improves joint flexibility and range of motion and increases core strength while reducing stress. This 55-minute workout will bring the body into a state of balance and harmony.
BODY PUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – fast!
CORE (ABS) is a 30-minute sharp, short workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness. It really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for strengthening your core, glutes, hips, and back while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It'll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger!

SGT is a fee-based class, pre-registration is required through the front desk or on the Spoga App. This is one-of-a-kind workout is divided into intervals of cardio & strength training designed to give you more energy and muscle tone while burning calories and fat.
