BODY BOX is a simple, athletic workout that will tone your entire body and push your fat-burning systems into high gear. Let the music and highly-motivated instructors guide you through this awesome cross-training class. You will step, box and jump your way into feeling great and burning 600-1000 calories in 1 hour!
Water Aerobics Take the plunge and try this low-impact workout that builds muscle strength and boosts your endurance. It's fun, and it can be as challenging - all fitness levels are welcome.
Swim Club Used to be on a swim team? It's time to make a comeback! Swim club is designed for athletes looking to get back into swim training with a guided swimming 30 min workout. Includes technique improvement, coaching. All fitness levels are welcome. *$15/class
Blended Barre is a dynamic blend of all Barre training classes. In just 45 minutes, it will help you achieve a full body workout focusing on hips, glutes, thighs, core and arms. Basic ballet techniques provide low-impact cardio training to keep muscles warm and engaged. Blended Barre© burns calories and creates long, lean muscles. This class is pre-choreographed, so the music and choreography stays fresh and exciting!
BODY FLOW is a yoga, Tai chi and pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Body Flow improves joint flexibility and range of motion and increases core strength while reducing stress. This 55-minute workout will bring the body into a state of balance and harmony.
BODY PUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – fast!
CX WORX is a 30-minute sharp, short workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness. It really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for strengthening your core, glutes, hips, and back while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It'll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger!
GRIT is a 30-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. Designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
SPRINT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
SGT** Small Group Training (SGT) is affordable personal training to enhance your level of fitness. SGT is a fee-based class, pre-registration is required through the front desk or on the Spoga App. This is one-of-a-kind workout is divided into intervals of cardio & strength training designed to give you more energy and muscle tone while burning calories and fat.
X-tend The X-tend class is designed to increase your mobility, flexibility and range of motion (ROM).
