The Amazing Power of Food is a five-week, one-on-one coaching session to teach you the “why” behind food. This program provides simple guidelines and advice to help you create better nutritional habits for you and your family, to give yourself more energy, to empower you to take control of your life and most of all — TO FEEL GREAT!
Your Amazing journey will begin with a 2-hour “discovery” and fitness analysis. From there, we'll discuss the role food plays in the body and learn about myths and facts of the food industry. Then the coaching begins! Meals plans will be tailored for you. Personal training sessions will follow to show you how powerful nutrition and exercise can be.
