BRIDAL BOOT CAMP
BRAND NEW! Join certified personal training Nicole Richard for our six-week, high-intensity training boot camp for brides and their bridal parties! Bridal Boot Camp begins September 10!
- Available to all brides (members and non-members) from Sept. 10 - Oct. 22.
- Training days: Tuesdays (6 p.m.) and Saturdays (7 a.m.) from Sept. 10 - Oct. 22.

Peak Performance is an eight-week program for developing athletes (ages 11-15) interested in becoming physically and mentally stronger. Twice a week from June 4 to July 30, Peak Performance will teach athletes how to unlock the best version of themselves for the future.
