Richard Labranche, CPT

With over a decade of experience in fitness, Richard Labranche has excelled in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit. Known for his passion for helping athletes master technical movement skills, Richard takes a science-based approach to training, tailoring programs to fit the unique demands of each client’s busy life.  
Richard specializes in creating targeted, effective plans to help clients navigate the overwhelming amount of fitness information and stay focused on their specific goals, whether they are improving fitness, building strength, or improving their physique. A problem-solver at heart, he enjoys troubleshooting pain and developing strategies to help clients rebuild post-injury or surgery.  
With a professional, positive, and passionate approach, Richard is dedicated to empowering clients to push past limits and achieve their best selves.
